Yes! You Can Diet Review

Yes! You Can Diet Review
Reading Time: 3 minutesThe Yes! You Can Diet Plan claims that they are the one and only diet and nutritional plan to give you latin flavor. Created by Alejandro Chaban and his team in Miami Springs, FL in 2012 they promise the world and a lot more in their 4 components of the Yes! You Can Diet Program. To help people stay motivated they explain the components. It comes with four parts: Nutritional guidance, Emotional Health overview and suggestions, Movement to help shed more weight, and Supplements to speed up weight loss.* The product website claims that the program can be successful for people regardless of their age, gender, or medical conditions.* There are two different kits to choose from: the less expensive kit the “Transform Food Lover 60 day” can be purchased for $199.99 (includes snack replacement shakes) and the more expensive kit the “Transform On The Go 60 day” for $239.99 (includes meal replacement shakes).

The company first registered with the Better Business Bureau in 2015, and they unfortunately are borderline failing with a bad grade of D so far. To see this click here. To contact the company for customer support their direct number is: 888-988-5515.

Do Dieters Lose Weight On The Yes! You Can Diet?

Four different kinds of products are included in the kit: protein shakes, cleansing pills, appetite suppressant, and fat burner and body-firming pills. Looking at the ingredients in the fat burner, it looks like it has very few and will hardly do anything to help the body burn fat.* It does contain ingredients with diuretic effects, which can make it seem like you are losing weight when in reality, it’s only water weight.

The appetite suppressant contains ingredients that have not been scientifically proven to work when it comes to suppressing the appetite. When looking into customer reviews, the general consensus is that the product simply did not work for customers.* To top it all off, customers reported there were lists of food given to them that were off limits but no healthy recipes are provided for customers to counter with. Finally, there were negative customer reviews when talking about the sustainability of the product for long-term weight loss maintenance, as many people regained all of their weight right back.* There were no outside reviews from anywhere beyond their website, which also has us thinking they are trying to protect themselves from any negative sources out of their control.

Is The Yes! You Can Diet Easy To Follow?

The product comes with a guide on how to follow the program in order to achieve the best possible results. There are exercise recommendations and some food guidelines. The overall instructions, however, can be somewhat confusing and not as clear as one would expect a diet guide to be. When looking into customer reviews, the general consensus is that the product simply did not work for customers.* They reported that the program is extremely hard to follow, and that there is hardly any support. The shakes themselves are said to be made with no sugar, but there are artificial sweeteners that do not taste very good. Headaches, nausea, and cravings are said to be some of the side effects when going through the Yes! You can Diet program. The science behind the products themselves are not proven on their website, but getting exercise is proven. They do not do a good job in telling the customer why each supplement will help them in their weight loss journey.

We like that the product has a money back guarantee, but please be aware it is for 30 days only. Once you are past those 30 days, there is no way to get any money back if you are unhappy with it.

Everybody is different and success will be different for each individual. Looking over the ingredient list in the four recommended supplement bottles, I can tell you that it lacks evidence to support claims made by the product creators. If the diet guide were more comprehensive, I would say give the supplements a try. Cleanse supplements, however, should not be taken for long periods of time because of possible side effects like diarrhea, constipation, dehydration, water retention, and decrease in electrolytes, as well as muscle cramps, headaches, and gas.*Long term weight loss has not been said to work with this diet, and there is not a whole lotta Latin going on with this diet at the end of the day. (Sigh). Do with the information as you please, but note the red flags we have given you based on our detailed research of the program and the company.
