Protidiet Review

Protidiet Review
Reading Time: 3 minutesThe ProtiDiet was developed by a team of doctors from Pro-Amino International Inc. who specialize in weight loss, and they believe their high protein diet will help someone who is obese, to lose weight. The ProtiDiet consists of ready to eat products such as bars, mixes, cookies, soups, muffins, concentrates, and high protein meals.

The main focus of their food products is protein, and all of the items contain either whey or soy protein with no more than 150 calories per item. The meals are said to be quick, and effortless when it comes to your larger meals of the day. The entire diet is rather confusing, as there are apparent diet clinics near you. In order to find out which clinic is near you, you are required to add in pretty much every piece of information about yourself. The food products are sold to residents in Europe, The United States, and Canada. There is no customer service line to contact for further clarification regarding this diet program.

Do Dieters Lose Weight With ProtiDiet?

This diet is so under wraps with their process, as well as their customer base. The idea of the diet is similar to any other diet program that gives you pre-packaged meals and snacks so there is nothing too special about this program amongst the sea of similar diet plans. The success stories have been few and far between, leading me to believe that long term weight loss does not occur often. ProtiDiet is actually selling their snacks outside of a bariatric office for the first time, so I was able to get some authentic reviews from customers trying their shakes, oatmeal, and soups. The results were awful, which did not come as a surprise.

Is ProtiDiet Easy To Follow?

It should be rather easy, as all of the meals are pre-packaged which takes the thinking out of eating for dieters. In all reality, this is not an easy diet to follow and signing up is the most confusing and involved process I have ever seen before. In order to just get started, you need to find a clinic near you (which may not happen) and then get a health check up. Once the health check up is complete you will then get a personalized plan to go along with. You can bet your bottom dollar this program is not cheap, based on all of the hands on assistance you may or may not need just to sign up.

Their scientific research regarding why their products actually help someone lose weight is less than impressive, especially since this diet was supposed to be formulated by actual doctors. Here is what they said, Once the product is developed, it is submitted to a battery of tests: quality control, nutritional analysis, microbiological and organoleptic control. Nothing comes out of the factory that does not adhere to these strict standards of purity and quality.”* As you can see there is no scientific research worth anything, and the side effects from the products seem to be in the taste and waste of both food and money at the end of the day.

Conclusion

You shouldn’t go on this program unless you absolutely have to, meaning you have no other options in the world. That seems harsh right? The food has been said to taste absolutely horrible, which makes this diet a nightmare. Who wants to hate every meal of the day while trying to lose weight? The program is very confusing and unorganized on their website with typos on their “sales pitch” page without providing actual costs associated with the program. Overall, this just doesn’t seem like a professional or promising diet program that people can actually stick to and like. They do offer social media accounts to follow and like, which was surprising but the activity levels were excruciatingly low. Overall this program is only meant for a select few people, under extreme supervision, which is why it has not taken off in the diet world.
