HCActive Review

HCActive Review
Reading Time: 2 minutesHCActive is a dietary weight loss supplement meant to be taken orally to help start the weight loss process. In HCActive one bottle you are given 180 veggie capsules, and the cost is around $30.00. The ingredients are: potassium-magnesium, hydroxycitrate, Garcinia Cambogia extract, palm oil, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate. The company claims that 70% of the capsule is HCA, and that it supports appetite control and helps with weight management. This is another general run of the mill diet pill, so read on to see if it does what it says it going to do.*

Do Dieters Lose Weight On The HCActive Diet?

There was a mixed set of reviews, with some liking the results and others only getting nasty side effects. One person got acne all over their body from taking one capsule three times a day versus the recommended six. Others noted that the supplement made them feel light headed immediately after taking the supplement. Another notable review was: “The label says that these contain the following: “A 70% concentrate of hydroxycitric acid (HCA) stabilized as a potassium-magnesium salt extracted from the fruit of Garcinia Cambogia. HCActive™ was tested at Georgetown University and found to be highly absorbed and more bioavailable than a leading HCA potassium-calcium salt.”* These are all very different reviews, and some sound more convincing than others. The last critique was the size of the capsules, and how large and hard to swallow it was. Many people have trouble swallowing even a regular sized pill, so making it even a little bit bigger than regular sized pills will not do any good for the business.

Is The HCActive Diet Easy To Follow?

The recommended instructions are to take 3 capsules twice a day, which actually is quite a large number. Although not terribly difficult, if you had any slip ups the product may lose its effectiveness. For those people who do not like to take pills or supplements, this may pose to be more difficult than other eating programs. This is just a diet pill, and there is nothing supplemented with it to help someone drop the weight and keep it off after the pills are done being consumed. Could this mean that if the product truly is capable of helping people lose weight they are expecting a customer to come back time and time again once the lost weight is back?

Conclusion

The good news is the side effects are not terrible like some of the other diet supplements out there on the market today. They are rather minor and might include dizziness, nausea, dehydration, acne, and rash. Not everyone’s bodies will adapt to such a supplement so be careful what you take, and run it by your doctor before going onto any supplement with side effects noted. This product is not extremely costly considering how many capsules you are getting per bottle, but note that there is no money back guarantee if you are not responding to the supplement in the way that you would like to.* There was a complete split of people who enjoyed the weight loss up front, and those that literally saw no changes occurring at all. It probably matters if you supplement these pills with a healthy diet or if you simply expect it to work without any dietary changes. I wish it didn’t have to be so opposite, but that is what happens when weight loss is at the mercy of a simple capsule and nothing more.
