back to menu ↑Do Dieters Lose Weight On Forever Lite Ultra?
Overall the vibe from this product was not a weight loss attitude. It was more along the lines of feeling healthier by having a better drink choice to the soda pops, beers, and sugar packed drinks readily available to the consumer. This shake is a part of the Clean 9, and FIT Programs that Forever Living offers. The reviews were extremely sparse, meaning this was not a very popular product as a whole. Soy protein for a main ingredient may be the factor, as it is not for everyone.
back to menu ↑Is Forever Lite Ultra Easy To Follow?
The instructions to take this drink mix are as follows: blend or mix 1 level scoop with 10 fluid ounces of skim milk. Take two servings a day of Forever Lite Ultra®, prepared with skim milk as directed, supply a full 100% of the Reference Daily Intake (RDI) for the vitamins and minerals shown in the Nutrition Facts section. This is not hard, but may turn into more of a chore if it is used as a meal replacement. The overall taste has not been said to be amazing, and there are more reputable brands out there that provide the same nutrition (if not better) without the soy. I would have a hard time following the program if I didn’t like the taste of the protein powder I am supposed to consume for meals twice a day, I can guarantee that.
back to menu ↑Conclusion
This protein powder is not going to be the end all be all to your weight loss problems, so I would not put your faith in this product alone. It has not gotten stellar reviews, if that many at all, which makes it undesirable to the consumer in the first place. There is nothing harmful about this product, so that’s at least one good thing. There are certain products that are going to work better for weight loss (i.e.- cleaner protein powder, meal replacement shakes, etc.), but this one is not a top pick that’s for sure. Forever Living is doing their best, but the weight loss side of things definitely lacks with success.
