Forever Living Clean 9 Review

Forever Living Clean 9 Review
Reading Time: 2 minutesThe Clean 9 program by Forever Living is a cleansing program meant to work to help with your weight management in just 9 days time.* On the main website the founders claim that this product will help you “to look better and feel better and begin to eliminate stored toxins that may be keeping you from absorbing the maximum nutrients in your food.* You’ll also begin to feel lighter and more energized as you prove you can take control of your appetite and see your body begin to change.”* This is a rather hefty claim, seeing as 9 days is no time at all to see actual results.

Each Clean 9 Pak Contains:

2 1 liter bottles of Aloe Vera Gel®, 1 pouch of Forever Lite Ultra, Shake Mix, Clean 9 Nutrition Pak, 18 tablets of Forever Therm™, 9 stick paks of Forever Fiber™, 54 soft gels of Forever Garcinia Plus®

You can choose from either chocolate or vanilla shakes throughout the nine days when you purchase your Clean 9 pak.

Do Dieters Lose Weight On Clean 9?

The question is, do dieters lose the weight, and keep it off after nine days time? Sadly no, and the reviews for this product were unimpressive to say the least. People noticed the amounts of supplements were not lacking by any means, but the restrictive caloric diet led them to a mere starvation style diet for a little over a week. Not to mention some of the products in their “Pak” contain laxatives, so you will be losing weight on the toilet too. This does not come as a surprise to me, as this short nine day deadline has to speak for itself in order for products to sell. The weight you will lose (if any at all) is not long term weight loss, rather water weight and simple malnutrition of the body with exercise incorporated. No wonder this product got terrible reviews.

Is Clean 9 Easy To Follow?

No, you are given a ton of different supplements to take on a daily basis and the overall idea behind nine days is confusing to say the least (it is not a long term fix). This is simply a crash diet that will have you down a couple pounds initially, only to find yourself gaining back the weight the minute the nine days are up. The first two days of the program you are not eating any meals. That is really hard on your body. You are then supposed to intake no more than 600 calories (for the whole day) the rest of your time on the diet. OUCH!

Conclusion

Don’t fall for this marketing scam of a program. It is not meant to be a weight loss tool for the long term, rather you are just starving your body for over a week. Of course you will lose some weight going this route, but you are not going to be very happy when you see the weight come right back on (and then some) after a week+ of torture to your body. It is expensive (over $100.00) for absolutely no results that are healthy and sustainable whatsoever! Don’t be fooled, but instead get informed!
