Caralluma Fimbriata Review

Caralluma Fimbriata Review
Reading Time: 2 minutesCaralluma Fimbriata is a natural plant extract used in a variety of diet products and supplements. It has only been around and visible to the public eye for the last five years which makes this supplement rather new in the grand scheme of things. This natural substance is mainly grown in India, The Middle East, and North Africa.* It goes by a variety of names such as Caralluma Extract, Caralluma Cactus, and Caralluma Fimbriata.

It is said to be a strong appetite suppressor and has been recently making headlines on the news.* But what is the hype really all about, and does it really work for losing weight effectively and efficiently? The required dosage is around 1,000 milligrams a day, which is equivalent to 1-2 servings depending on the supplement you are taking.* It has been said to block certain enzymes that causes fat formation to be blocked. It also can supposedly block certain areas of the brain that control hunger.* However, none of these claims have been proven scientifically, which is the first red flag that is might be just another fad supplement.

Do Dieters Lose Weight On Caralluma Fimbriata?

Appetites were suppressed to a point, but the overall consensus from customers is that this product “Slimaluma” (the generic version of Caralluma Fimbriata) did nothing for them. The goods news was, no nasty side effects were noted other than “it did nothing.” This product got more disappointing reviews than any other product I have seen thus far which is surprising because it is all natural. The good news is that this product normally comes with around 60 capsules (depending on the company you go with) and will cost around $15.00 with shipping. The investment is not big, but then again you should still get something for what you pay.

Is Caralluma Fimbriata Easy To Follow?

While this supplement comes from a natural cactus like plant, it is obviously condensed down into a pill form, for customers who want to be a guinea pigs regarding their weight loss. There have been many forms created, but one of the most well known comes from a company named Gencor and the supplement is called “Slimaluma” (as mentioned above). The instructions to take the pills are as follows: take two capsules daily. This is not hard!

Conclusion

This product is very new to the market and has not been backed by science nor has it had enough testing to be deemed effective. There were so many customers who said the product did little to nothing for them, which leaves me feeling skeptical. Many times with new supplement lines of caralluma fimbriata the companies are paying customers (or offering them a discount) for a good review. This helps company gain traction quickly regarding the initial sell of their product. There is not enough positive evidence from this product to claim that it actually works in promoting weight loss, and maintenance to keep the weight off. If anything it will give you a mental boost, but not much more in the weight loss journey. This sadly could be just another loop hole and fad that the diet companies are trying to cling to.
