Bystrictin Review
Do Dieters Lose Weight On The Bystrictin Diet?
Dieters using Bystrictin can expect to lose weight at least in the short-term. The main reason will be that eating fewer calories will lead to at least some weight loss. However, once the dieter’s body becomes accustomed to the lower amount of calories being taken in the weight loss will cease. Without proper diet and exercise the prospect of losing long-term weight with this product is not as good.
back to menu ↑Is The Bystrictin Diet Easy To Follow?
Bystrictin is to be taken one to two times per day. All that is required is to take one scoop of Bystrictin powder and mix it with eight ounces of cold water or skim milk. Thicker shakes can be made by blending with ice. The shakes must be consumed within 15 minutes of being made and it is recommended to drink at least 64 ounces of water each day in order for Bystrictin to work to its full effect.
Where Bystrictin may not be so easy is with diet. There is no mention about eating better, simply eating less. So, although daily calories may be reduced, if the calories that are still being ingested are “junk” calories the end result could be health problems and a hindrance in weight loss. That means the dieter is left to figure out proper diet themselves.
back to menu ↑Conclusion
Bystrictin is a product with a great idea; feel fuller, eat less, and lose weight. However, the cost of Bystrictin is anything but low at $80 for a container with only 28 servings. This gets even more expensive if you choose to replace two meals per day with Bystrictin as the container of 28 servings would then only last you two weeks, making the cost roughly $160 per month.
Therefore, the Bystrictin product may be effective, but it will likely prove to be too expensive for most dieters looking for lasting weight loss solutions. In fact, there are other products that can be purchased that also expand in your stomach having you feel fuller. For example, a container of powdered fiber supplement that is simply mixed with water and consumed will cost a fraction of Bystrictin and essentially do the same thing.
