AdvoCare Catalyst Review
The Ingredients Inside Of The Catalyst Capsules:
L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Arginine, Betaine, Taurine, Gelatin, Stearic acid, Magnesium stearate, and Silicon dioxide. There has been controversial light shed on Taurine, and the effects that it has on the heart and central nervous system. As always, consult your doctor before taking this supplement. The cost per bottle is $31.50 and it comes with 90 capsules. The product is really nothing special and the overall consensus of it’s effectiveness has not been proven by science (even though they claim it does on the website, there is nothing to back it up.)

It was a mixed bag. While some people saw a difference in their recovery times and their energy levels it was not enough to be convincing that the product actually does what it says its going to do. You turn right around and there are customers who saw little to no change, and said that if you are a body builder this product may be suitable for you, otherwise don’t bother. This is a bold statement for a bottle that costs $30.00+. This is not the most ideal way to lose weight, as it may only leave you feeling frustrated at the money you spent. They offer a “science” section on their website which mainly consisted of the board of directors and some definitions of the bigger worded ingredients. There was no real science to back up any of their products which does not surprise me the least. “I stopped taking it after daily use for 3 weeks. Probably not enough time to see any physical changes but I also didn’t notice a faster recovery from my workouts or any more energy during them. In addition my skin freaked out while I was taking it even though I drink 1.5- 2 liters of water a day no exceptions.” Sandra E. Henriquez“Used this for 2 months plus and it doesn’t work. Extremely disappointed!!!” John HoseltonClgphotography said, “To get what you really need our of this product you have to take it 3 times a day. So 3 pills 3 times a day means the bottle last for 10 days. It is a good product, but I was disappointed in the number of pills it suggested taking. I was hoping 90 pills would last for at least a month but to take it as often as it suggests this is not possible.” They also went onto say that there are better amino acid supplements out there that are similarly prices that will last you at least 20 days longer. This customer took the pills everyday until they ran out, and did not see dramatic results at all, and this was because they were trying to stretch them to last a month.
back to menu ↑Is AdvoCare Catalyst Easy To Follow?
This is just a supplement in the form of a pill. There is nothing hard about taking Advocare Catalyst 3 times a day; before a meal, bedtime, or a workout. However, I would not recommend to take this before bedtime, as it does contain Taurine. I am not sure why they stated to do so on the website, as this seems a little far-fetched. The side effects were feeling jittery, anxiousness, and headaches. This is just a supplement they want you to pair with another on their weight loss line to rake in the profits.
back to menu ↑Conclusion
While the name Catalyst seems very scientific, and worth giving a shot, many customers would advise against this purchase. The supplement is not packed full of wholesome ingredients, rather stimulants that may leave you feeling weak and jittery. Nothing seems scary when you are spending your time and energy on a supplement to improve your weight at first. This pill is not magical, and your results will not be either. This product is less than impressive in the grand scheme of options to choose from in today’s market.
